With two Las Vegas locations, Oyshi Sushi offers premium all-you-can-eat sushi for lunch and dinner. The AYCE menu is available daily, but times differ throughout the week.

Monday through Thursday, all-you-can-eat sushi is available from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, the menu is available from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. On Sundays, you can enjoy AYCE sushi from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The standard rates are $23 for lunch and $28 for dinner, but many discounts are available, including 10-20% off the AYCE menu during dinner on weekdays.

Sushi Way is open daily except for Sundays from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. On Sundays, it opens at 4 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m.

Umami

Umami is one of Las Vegas’ favorite Japanese fusion restaurants. Its all-you-can-eat sushi menu is hard to rival. Boasting oysters, clams, octopus, salmon belly, eel, and more – all perfectly seasoned and beautifully displayed – the AYCE menu is available as long as the restaurant is open.

Sushi Hero is a traditional Japanese-style sushi bar. It features one of the most extensive all-you-can-eat sushi menus in Las Vegas – nearly three pages of deep-fried, baked, and no-rice rolls, including many fish options.

The AYCE menu is available for $24.95 at lunch or $29.96 for the all-day option. Sushi Hero is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, they’re open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
