Dive into the Vegas food scene with Guy Fieri, the beloved restaurateur and TV personality. We’ve ranked his Las Vegas restaurants based on fan favorites and reviews so you can savor the best of what he’s bringing to the table.

Get to Know Guy Fieri

Guy Ramsay Ferry was born in California and attended the prestigious University of Nevada-Las Vegas’ Hospitality College (note the middle name and check our ranking of Gordon Ramsay’s Vegas restaurants). So Mr. Fieri, as he is popularly known, has put down major roots in Las Vegas and has continued to be a significant supporter of UNLV.

Most of you know Mr. Fieri from hosting various shows on the Food Network, including Diners Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy’s Grocery Games. See his famous red Chevy Camaro.

Mr. Fieri opened restaurants in California in the 1990s and eventually in New York in the 2010s. If you are a cruiser, you may have also been to Fieri’s restaurants, which can be found on many of Carnival Cruise Line’s ships. And naturally, he has opened some restaurants in Vegas, which we now rank.

Guy Fieri’s Restaurants: Ranked

3. El Burro Borracho

Location: 3700 W. Flamingo Road – in The Rio
Hours: Everyday, 4:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Reservations recommended?: No

Located in The Rio, which is currently undergoing a multi-hundred-million dollar renovation and being transformed into a modern property, it hosts this Fieri Mexican food outlet.

When arriving at the restaurant, if it is busy, you will queue up with other customers to wait for a table.

El Burro offers a large drink selection, including tequilas, an extensive margarita list, beer, and wine. The menu, filled with standard Mexican food fare (tacos, burritos, chicken plates, tortilla soup, fajitas, etc.), offers some expected Fieri touches, including the Trashcan Nachos.

The Trashcan Nachos are crispy corn tortilla chips, black beans, melty queso, casero, pickled red onion, pico de gallo, crema, crumbled Cotija cheese, cilantro and jalapeños.

We are ranking it the lowest (for now) given many reviews for the value-for-money particularly as it is located off-Strip. However, that will change once The Rio’s exciting renovation is complete.

PREMIER TIP: Try the margaritas. It’s worth asking for Mr. Fieri’s house brand of tequila.

2. Guy Fieri’s Kitchen & Bar

Location: 3535 Las Vegas Blvd South – in the Linq Promenade
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10 am – 11 pm; Friday – Saturday 10 am – 11:30 pm
Reservations recommended?: No

This Fieri outlet offers burgers, wings, tacos and shareable plates – basically good ole Triple D comfort food fare in our minds!

The burgers here are some of our favorites on the Strip – especially for the type of restaurant. They have a wide variety, including a Kobe burger, a burger with bacon, mac n cheese, and the ‘Motley Que Pulled Pork’, which was featured on Triple D.

You can find your Trash Can Nachos here as well with a different spin – tortilla chips, house-smoked pork, super melty cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapeños, sour cream, pickled red onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, and Guy’s bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce.

PREMIER TIP: This restaurant offers a large outdoor patio dining area, making it an excellent option for outdoor dining during the Fall and Spring.

1. Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen

Location: 3645 Las Vegas Blvd South – in the Horseshoe (former Bally’s)
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 7 am – 10 pm; Friday – Saturday 7 am – 12 am
Reservations recommended?: Yes, during times when popular sports are on TV

In a narrow win, we rank Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen as our best Guy Fieri restaurant in Vegas – and maybe that’s because we are such big sports fans. Living up to its name, the restaurant is full of TVs for viewing your favorite sporting event.

This three-meal restaurant has a slightly smaller lunch/dinner menu than Guy Fieri’s Kitchen & Bar. It does, however, offer two different versions of Trash Can Nachos.

  • Option 1: The Cheeseburger Nachos include ground beef, super melty cheese, cheddar, tortilla chips, special sauce, and lettuce/tomato/onions/pickles.
  • Option 2: The Smoked Brisket Nachos include smoked brisket, super melty cheese, cheddar, BBQ sauce, sour cream, pickled red onion, jalapeño and cilantro.

On the drinks front, many large parties have said they have tried the 51 oz Bloody Mary – and reported being able to walk out after!

We hope this article provides a helpful ranking of Mr. Fieri’s Vegas restaurants. We won’t tattle if you cheated on your diet at one of these locations!
